At Cowsmetics, we care deeply about the quality of our products and your satisfaction.
If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right — that’s our promise!
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, with the seal under the lid intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at info@cowsmetics.ie.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Send us a message at info@cowsmetics.ie with a photo of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
You’ll need to include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Gift Cards
Digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
